These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alignroofingco.com (the "Site"), operated by First Coast Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
First Coast Roof Network is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a roofing contractor. We hold no contractor licence in Florida or any other state. We do not employ, supervise, direct, train, dispatch, bond or insure any roofing crew. We do not inspect roofs, we do not bid, estimate, schedule or perform any work, and we never attend your property.
What we do is take the information you submit and pass it to independent third-party roofing contractors and to partners who work with such contractors. Any contract for work is formed solely between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it, we receive no part of the contract price from you, and we have no authority to bind, instruct or act for any contractor.
Contractors listed or contacted through this Site are independent businesses. Their appearance here is not an endorsement, certification, recommendation, warranty or guarantee of their licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, timeliness, honesty or fitness for your project. You are responsible for your own due diligence. At a minimum, verify any Florida contractor's licence at myfloridalicense.com, obtain a certificate of insurance directly from their insurer, get the full scope of work in writing, and confirm that a permit will be pulled.
We do not give insurance advice. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, an insurance producer, an insurance adjuster or a public adjuster, and we are not licensed in any of those capacities. We do not represent policyholders in claims, we do not negotiate with carriers, we do not prepare, adjust, file, appraise or settle claims, and we do not evaluate what your policy covers.
Any statement on this Site about insurance, including about roof age and underwriting, four-point inspections, wind mitigation inspections, hurricane deductibles, assignment of benefits, or claim documentation, is general information only. It is not advice, it is not a representation about your policy, and it may not reflect current law or your carrier's current practice. Florida statutory deadlines relating to property insurance claims have changed more than once in recent years; nothing on this Site should be relied on as a statement of any deadline. We make no claim to that company's name, marks, licence, reputation, work history, warranties or accreditations, and we cannot forward correspondence to it. By submitting a request you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, that the telephone number you provide is yours, and that you are authorised to request work on the property concerned.
By checking the consent box you give prior express written consent to be contacted by us and by the independent contractors and partners to whom your request is transmitted, at the number you provided, including by autodialed calls, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS, even if that number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, that any contractor is available in your area, that any quote will be provided, or that any work will be scheduled or completed.
Business names, addresses, ratings and review text shown in directory blocks are supplied by Google and are reproduced as provided. We do not author, edit, verify or endorse them, and we do not accept payment to alter them. Where no verified data is available for a location, no businesses are shown: we do not fill the gap with invented listings.
You agree not to: submit false, impersonated or third-party contact details; use the Site to harvest data, scrape at scale, or send unsolicited commercial messages; probe, attack or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, block access and remove submissions at our discretion.
The Site's text, layout and original content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
Any dispute about work, pricing, damage, delay or warranty is between you and the contractor. We are not an arbiter and have no authority to resolve it. Florida homeowners may also contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation regarding a licensed contractor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
We may amend these Terms. The "last updated" date will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance.
